It was mid-2003 when I bought a digital camera to photograph flowers in our garden and scenes in the countryside while out and about. Then in 2004 I attended a course on digital photography, learning how to airbrush, clone, etc. I was so fascinated with it all that I purchased my own software to see if I could do more at home with it.

Gradually after many hours of trial and error I began to develop my own designs from ordinary photographs to what you see here. It has taken me three years to reach this stage. I have looked everywhere to try to find anything like my designs, but have failed to do so.

There is no recipe to achieve these designs; they have simply evolved from ordinary photos. It is so exciting because I do not know what the outcome of each new project will be.
